In order to carry on business relationship between our Companies and with reference to the “personal data” relative to your Company at present in our hands, collected directly or through a third part, we want to inform you that:

• Your personal data shall be handled according to the necessity of all business relationship carried on between our Companies
• Your personal data shall be handled by us, both manually and through data processing systems (according to Annex B, D. Lgs. 196/03)
• Data transmission is compulsory for all legal and contractual  acts, in order to fulfil all outstanding contacts
• Your data may be transmitted, in Italy or abroad, to other controlled or related companies, consultants or to private or public institution according to the law in force
• Your data may be transmitted to Direction, Purchasing, Administrative divisions in order to better safeguard the credit and handle our rights in the business relationship
• Your data shall be handled during the whole contract duration and further on for all law fulfilments
• In case you agree, all data transmitted shall be also used for marketing and promotional activities, market research, etc.
